2. Open the downloaded file. If prompted, allow your browser to install unknown apps.
3. If you see “this file may harm your device”, that’s the standard warning for apps installed outside Google Play — tap Download anyway / Install.
4. Open OTPPhone and share your User ID to add contacts.

Verify the download integrity (optional): on a computer run sha256sum otpphone.apk and check it matches the hash above.
